Inter-centre Quiz to develop faculty skills
Every month, Aptech hosts an Inter-centre Faculty Quiz. Such quizzes are aimed at enhancing the knowledge & skills of faculty in various Aptech centres. The Faculty Quiz for September 2009 was held for faculty in Aptech’s West Zone centres.
465 teachers from 60 centres attended the Quiz which was conducted by the Aptech Academics Team.
The procedure for the Quiz is as follows:
- A time slot of one hour is allotted for the Quiz
- The papers set by the Aptech Academics Team are emailed to each faculty, along with a pre-defined time for submission of entries.
- Once the entries come in, the Aptech Academics Team evaluates the entries & declares the results of the Quiz.
- Personalised feedback is given to each Quiz participant & the winner is awarded a Letter of Appreciation along with a gift.
List of West Zone winners
The list of winners for the last nine months of this year is as follows
Shares Roopali Patil of the Pune Camp centre, “This monthly quiz creates a competitive mindset among faculty as they get to know their rank within the Zone. It boosts our confidence & the prize adds the icing to the cake.”
Satya Meduru from the Andheri (W) centre agrees that, “The quiz is an excellent concept which helps improve technical skills based on feedback & induces faculty to upgrade their knowledge.”
The October quiz on EJB technology is scheduled to be held on 28th October 2009.
